Alaska State Lift Laws
Alaska Lift Laws and Vehicle Equipment Laws
Alaska's street legal laws do not cover a vehicle's suspension, however, the height of a vehicle's frame is limited. This means that suspension lift kits are allowed as long as they don't lift the vehicle's frame above the state limit. Aftermarket wheels, tires, performance shocks, bumpers, and grille-guards are allowed.
Breaking News: Effective 1/1/10, the EPA has discontinued the emissions program for the Fairbanks North Star Borough.
